Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Production Floater to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in Idaho. You will rotate between stations, assisting with assembly, packaging, quality checks, machine operation, and material handling to maintain production and safety standards.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years in manufacturing or as a press operator, ability to read drawings, lift 50+ pounds, and follow PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or press operation is required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple production areas and follow PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and quality checks.
