Position Summary: The Laundry Production Worker is responsible for performing various tasks in the production area of an industrial laundry facility. This role includes sorting, folding, and preparing clean and soiled linens using both manual and automated equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort soiled and clean linen for processing
• Feed clean linen into belt-fed folding machines
• Fold smaller items by hand as needed
• Operate various production equipment, including ironers, feeders, folders
• Track production and report quantities processed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Work Schedule

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in industrial conditions, including heat, cold, and high noise levels

Safety Requirements

• Fully participate in company health and safety programs
• Follow all company safety and OSHA policies
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Report any hazardous conditions or safety incidents immediately to management
