Workbridge LLC in Capitol Heights, MD is hiring a Laundry Production Associate (Wash Aisle Operator) to support a fast-paced commercial laundry operation serving hospitality and regional clients. You will load and unload commercial washers and dryers, transfer damp linens between machines, and help keep laundry production moving efficiently.

This full-time role requires strength, stamina, and reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Load soiled linens into commercial washers.
• Unload clean, damp linens from washers.
• Transfer damp sheets and towels from washers to dryers.
• Unload dried linens from dryers.
• Operate machines according to production and safety procedures.
• Keep the wash aisle clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report machine malfunctions, jams, or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow all PPE, safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $16.30 per hour
Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly

This position is responsible for loading and unloading commercial washers and dryers while helping maintain a safe and efficient production flow.

Position Overview

As a Laundry Production Associate - Wash Aisle Operator, you will load and unload commercial washers and dryers, transfer damp linens between machines, and help keep laundry production moving efficiently. This is one of the most physically demanding positions on the production floor and requires strength, stamina, and reliable attendance.

Schedule

1st Shift: Start between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM

2nd Shift: Start between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM

• Scheduled hours may vary based on operational needs
• Overtime and schedule adjustments may be required based on business demands

Preferred:

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, and loading of damp sheets and towels
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping
• Work performed around operating washers and dryers
• Hot, humid, and noisy production environment
• Required use of personal protective equipment
• Position requires significant physical strength and stamina throughout the shift
