Workbridge LLC is seeking a Laundry Production Associate (Wash Aisle Operator) for a facilities-based laundry operation in Capitol Heights, MD. The role involves loading/unloading commercial washers and dryers, transferring damp linens between machines, and maintaining a safe, efficient production flow.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with overtime potential based on business needs. On-the-job training is provided in a fast-paced team environment, with eligibility for a pay increase after 90 days

Responsibilities

• Operate machines according to production and safety procedures.
• Keep the wash aisle clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report machine malfunctions, jams, or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow all PPE, safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Laundry Production Associate - Wash Aisle Operator

Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift
Location: Capitol Heights, MD 20743
Pay Rate: $16.30 per hour
Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly

We're hiring Laundry Production Associates (Wash Aisle Operators) for a commercial laundry operation serving hospitality and commercial clients throughout the region. This position is responsible for loading and unloading commercial washers and dryers while helping maintain a safe and efficient production flow.

Position Overview

As a Laundry Production Associate - Wash Aisle Operator, you will load and unload commercial washers and dryers, transfer damp linens between machines, and help keep laundry production moving efficiently. This is one of the most physically demanding positions on the production floor and requires strength, stamina, and reliable attendance.

Schedule

1st Shift: Start between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM

2nd Shift: Start between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM

• Scheduled hours may vary based on operational needs
• Overtime and schedule adjustments may be required based on business demands

Key Responsibilities

Preferred:

• Previous experience in commercial laundry, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments
• Experience operating industrial equipment

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, and loading of damp sheets and towels
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping
• Work performed around operating washers and dryers
• Hot, humid, and noisy production environment
• Required use of personal protective equipment
• Position requires significant physical strength and stamina throughout the shift
