Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking a Production Finisher for 1st shift in the Brainerd area. This full-time role involves hands-on production with molded products, assemblies, and finishing tasks.

You will test, inspect, and complete secondary operations while adhering to safety and production standards. The position requires reliability, basic troubleshooting, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform leak testing on tanks and assemblies.

Production Finisher - 1st Shift | $18.00/Hour

Penmac Staffing is hiring Production Finishers for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in the Brainerd area. This is a hands-on production position working with molded products, assemblies, and finishing operations. If you enjoy working with tools, inspecting products, and being part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.

Production Finisher Requirements

• Have manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Be comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Be dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Have basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally more as needed

Production Finisher Responsibilities

• Perform leak testing on tanks and assemblies
• Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards
• Complete secondary operations including routing, drilling, deburring, and flaming
• Follow production paperwork, work instructions, and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support various production operations as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift
• Monday through Thursday
• 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• $18.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule with three-day weekends

Work Environment

This Production Finisher position requires standing and walking throughout the shift, along with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling. The manufacturing environment may include exposure to moving equipment, dust, fumes, temperature changes, elevated noise levels, and cleaning chemicals.
