Job summary

Staffmark Group in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Finisher Plater to assist with loading materials, quality checks, and line support on a fast-paced production line.

You will perform post-plating rinsing and drying, follow packing procedures, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Experience with inspection, packaging, or assembly processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support services to line operators.
• Perform proper post-plating rinsing and drying procedures.
• Follow inspection and packaging procedures to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Learn and apply racking techniques to optimize product quality and quantity.
• Build racks to maximize production output for new products.
• Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed.

Pay Rate: $19.25 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

3-day workweek

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Must be able to lift up to lbs.
