Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking a Production Finisher for 1st shift in the Brainerd area. This full-time role involves hands-on production with molded products, assemblies, and finishing tasks.

You will test, inspect, and complete secondary operations while adhering to safety and production standards. The position requires reliability, basic troubleshooting, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to safely handle materials, parts, and equipment in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform leak testing on tanks and assemblies.
• Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards.
• Complete secondary operations including routing, drilling, deburring, and flaming.
• Follow production paperwork, work instructions, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support various production operations as needed.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
