Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive business controlling experience in manufacturing or production.
• At least 3 years of proven leadership, including team development and performance management.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, product costing, process modeling, and KPIs impact.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is a plus.
