Job summary

Freudenberg Household Products LP (USA) in Aurora seeks a Director of Finance and Controlling Production to oversee P&L, working capital and liquidity for a strategically important unit. You will drive data-driven decisions, lead regional forecasts, and ensure compliance with financial principles while managing key projects.

We expect 7+ years in manufacturing controlling with leadership experience and strong SAP/Microsoft Office skills; AI tools are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive business controlling in manufacturing/production.
At least 3 years of leadership including team development and performance management.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, product costing, process modeling and KPI impact.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; AI tools a plus.
Experience in manufacturing with understanding of operational processes.
Previous sales or commercial finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for P&L, working capital and liquidity management for a strategically important FHCS entity.
Ensure availability and analysis of data for sound decision making and contribute to country/cluster strategy.
Monitor performance, evaluate risks and opportunities to deliver financial results (P&L, WC, cash).
Provide predictable plans and forecasts for the region.
Ensure local practices align with financial, legal and guiding principles.
Lead preparation of OP incl. simulations with holistic view of P&L, balance sheet and liquidity.
Manage local and corporate projects.
