Job summary

Ram Jack is seeking a dependable Field Technician to join our production team. This role assists with installing foundation repair systems while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Ram Jack quality standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You will load and transport materials, follow Crew Chief instructions, and complete daily work orders with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Willing to learn foundation repair techniques and installation procedures.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of foundation repair systems and related products.
• Safely operate tools, machinery, and equipment according to company procedures.
• Follow instructions from the Crew Chief to ensure efficient project completion.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform general labor tasks to support daily production operations.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Communicate job progress, equipment concerns, material shortages, and unexpected site conditions to supervisors.
• Complete daily work orders, service reports, and required job documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
