Job summary

Solid Ground Solutions in Springfield, MO is seeking a Foreman to lead our foundation repair crew. You will oversee work on underpinning, wall stabilization, and water management projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Responsibilities include directing a crew, coordinating with homeowners, managing trucks and equipment, and maintaining safety. Travel for training is required; a valid driver's license and 3+ years foundation repair experience are essential.

We are looking for a Foreman to join our expanding business with Spartan Ram Jack. We specialize in the foundation repair, basement waterproofing business.

• -Foundation Repair (underpinning foundations by installing steel piers, stabilizing basement walls, crack injections, carbon fiber)
• -Water Management (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage systems, crack injections)

Duties:

• -Be in charge of a crew
• -Be able to take and give direction effectively to complete the task at hand.
• -Responsible for trucks and equipment
• Work to complete projects within the given timeframe and budget.
• -Resolve contract disputes when necessary
• -Communicate with the homeowner when needed

Requirements:

• -Construction experience.
• -Machine Operating abilities
• -Experience managing a crew/team.

Benefits :

• -This position comes with a hourly pay of $22.00 to $24.00 depending on experience.
• -Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $10.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
• -90 day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance
