Job summary

MCC Label is seeking aMaintenance Technician to perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance on production equipment. The role requires troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a multi-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Basic computer knowledge and operating systems.
• Ability to multi-task and implement process improvements as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills relative to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment
• Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on machines
• Applies Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to optimize production
• Maintains and repairs the facility
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned
