Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
• Reading electrical schematics; vocational maintenance training certificate preferred.
• Basic computer skills; ability to multi-task and identify process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and to climb stairs, bend, crouch, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
• Supports an optimized production environment by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
