Job summary

Motiva Enterprises LLC seeks an Associate Equipment & Reliability Engineer to coordinate within the Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex through project management, risk assessment, and technical support to Operations and Maintenance. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline by December 2026.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

• Effective teamwork in cross-functional situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of expense projects and small capital projects ($2MM) related to Health, Safety, and Environmental threats, and Reliability threats within a Production Area.
• Provide Engineering support for reactive maintenance and unplanned work, as required.
• Champion Management of Change (MOC) by leading cross-discipline changes and guiding engineering disciplines leading single-discipline changes.
• Lead and participate in investigations focused on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Reliability Incidents.
• Provide Engineering support to the Turnaround Organization during planning and scope development for upcoming turnarounds.
• Provide Engineering support during Turnaround Execution, including project support and reactive issues.
