OSI Group is seeking a production associate to operate and set up production equipment on the line, ensuring adherence to the posted schedule and product specifications.

The role involves monitoring equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, recording data, and assisting in preventative maintenance to keep operations efficient and safe. A high school diploma and basic math and reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading and following written specs and recipes.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up production equipment per schedules and SOPs.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and notify maintenance as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and replace worn components as scheduled.
• Record data and calibrate systems for time, temp, and positioning.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per GMP and safety policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance for best practice equipment operation.
