Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a contract, on-site role in New York or Los Angeles to optimize Amazon retail programs and catalog execution. You will partner with brand leaders, coordinate ASINs, and drive cross-functional alignment across teams.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in consumer products licensing, experience with Brand Registry/Vendor/Seller Central, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience within the consumer products or licensing industry.
• 1-2 years of hands-on expertise navigating Amazon Retail platforms, including Brand Registry, Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Ads.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator with a strong track record of managing cross-functional priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard licensing partners via Amazon Brand Registry to protect brand and secure wholesale distribution.
• Coordinate ASIN setups, product listings, and promos with external stakeholders.
• Align retail marketing initiatives and assets across teams.
• Leverage VLOOKUP and tracking models to synthesize sales data and present strategy recaps.
