Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have own hand tools.
• Experience with mechanical systems (gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings).
• Experience with reading mechanical drawings and troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair production equipment as needed.
• Perform breakdown analysis and documentation of work tasks.
• Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology.
• Work with outside contractors on assigned lines.
• Change line for package changeovers.
• Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards.
• Work independently under limited supervision.
• Maintain general housekeeping.
