Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions in Dublin, Georgia is seeking a Production Engineering SMT Specialist to support the launch and ongoing operation of an SMT manufacturing facility. This hands-on role will assist with line setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation.

You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues, maintain process documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Background in automation, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related manufacturing field.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• SMT manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual capability in Korean and English preferred.
