Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing or production engineering experience.
- 5-8 years of engineering leadership experience.
- Experience leading Production Engineering and Maintenance organizations.
- Experience in high-volume automated manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Production Engineering personnel.
- Establish KPIs and improvement plans.
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee capital projects and tooling readiness.
- Coordinate new product launches and manufacturing readiness.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering.
