Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
• Drive manufacturing improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Design and implement efficient production processes and workflows.
• Partner with operations, quality, and engineering to resolve challenges.
• Champion a safety-first culture with risk identification and corrective actions.
• Improve manufacturing quality through root cause analysis and process control.
