Job summary

Qcells USA Corp. seeks a Production Engineer – EcoRecycle to plan, monitor, and improve recycling production operations at its PV module recycling facility, ensuring safe, efficient performance and reliable plant operations.

The role coordinates with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Logistics and site leadership to implement throughput improvements, equipment utilization, and cost reductions while supporting new equipment installation and process optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/Chemical).
3+ years in manufacturing, recycling, or process/production engineering.
Experience with ERP/SAP, AutoCAD, and Power BI preferred.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
English proficiency; Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop daily to monthly production plans based on material and capacity.
Monitor production, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
Analyze KPIs: throughput, yield, cost, and downtime.
Support equipment installation, maintenance planning, and safety compliance.
Prepare reports and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Logistics.
