Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, recycling, process or production engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP/SAP, AutoCAD, Power BI or similar tools.
• Bilingual English and Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on material volumes, capacity, inventory, and shipments.
• Monitor production performance, analyze gaps, bottlenecks, downtime, and constraints against plan.
• Track KPIs like throughput, utilization, downtime, yield, productivity, and cost.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Analyze recycling process parameters to optimize operating conditions for deframing, shredding, screening, grinding, and separation.
• Support maintenance planning by analyzing performance and downtime trends.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate capacity and determine equipment, manpower, and process needs for targets.
• Support equipment modification, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of new equipment.
• Ensure quality and consistency of recycled outputs and coordinate process adjustments.
• Analyze material balance, recovery rates, scrap, and losses to maximize value.
• Coordinate with Logistics on incoming waste, WIP, finished materials, storage, and shipments.
• Prepare production reports, KPI dashboards, and improvement plans for management.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in audits (EHS, ISO, etc.) and compliance.
