Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in plant quality and throughput.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing problems; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes in fabrication and assembly.
• Prepare manuals and train plant floor workers in quality procedures and root cause analysis.
• Loster coordination between plant leads, workers and management to meet production goals.
