Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement efforts in plant quality, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve quality and efficiency in fabrication and assembly.
• Prepare manuals and train plant floor workers on quality checks, root cause analysis, and corrective actions per ISO 9001.
• Utilize technical experience to solve production problems involving methods, equipment, and process controls.
• Ensure plant layout supports efficient manufacturing and collaborate with management on production plans.
• Act as liaison between plant leads, workers, and management to meet objectives.
• Maintain production-related supplier records and verify delivery quality.
