Job summary

Monte Sano Research Corporation in Huntsville seeks a Production Engineer to provide production and quality support for a hypersonic system. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring quality, and supporting integration and testing of components.

Required is a Bachelor's in Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Quality Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in related engineering fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace or Quality Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering, mechanical, aerospace, quality engineering, or system integration on complex technical programs.
• Technical experience in missile systems or related lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with the Prime contractor through AvMC technical review process including MRB/ NCRs.
• Interfaces with the Prime contractor to track TDP revisions used on the production floor.
• Works with Lead System Engineer to ensure alignment with government SE philosophy, policies, and procedures.
• Develops and maintains procedures through AvMC technical review process.
• Courier for classified information between AVMC and the Prime contractor.
• Review drawings for technical information and manufacturability.
• Travel up to 10%.
