Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint and Teams.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• 10+ years of systems engineering, mechanical, aerospace, quality engineering, or system integration experience.
• Experience with missile systems or related lab work.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the Prime contractor through AvMC technical review process (MRB, NCRs, TDP, ECPs).
• Interface with Prime contractor to track TDP revisions and usage on the production floor.
• Collaborate with Lead System Engineer to align with government systems engineering philosophy, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain procedures through AvMC technical review process.
• Courier for classified information between AVMC and the Prime contractor.
• Review drawings for technical information and Manufacturability.
• Work with engineering team to ensure rigor on MRB products.
• Up to 10% travel.
