INEOS Energy in Denver, CO seeks a Production Engineer with 3+ years in upstream oil and gas to own a producing Eagle Ford area. You will manage production, deferment, LOE and profitability, partnering daily with field operations to optimize lift, downtime and costs while leveraging data, automation and AI to move faster and make better decisions.

You will operate in a lean team where solutions are implemented quickly, with emphasis on safety, accountability and commercial results.

Competenze

Three+ years of upstream oil and gas experience, preferably in production/operations.
Experience with artificial lift, well surveillance, and workover design.
Ability to build economics (NPV/IRR/payback) and communicate recommendations to field staff and management.

Mansioni

Own production area economics, LOE and profitability; present area performance in routine reviews.
Design, optimize and troubleshoot artificial lift systems.
Diagnose and resolve well problems using SCADA and production data.
Identify workover and uplift opportunities; prepare AFEs and procedures.
Lead root-cause failure analyses and drive design/operating improvements.
Own asset cost categories; forecast, track and reduce spend with leadership.
Oversee well integrity and abandonment program for the area.
Build and improve data/AI tools and dashboards to surface exceptions.
Participate in field safety programs and strengthen process safety controls.
