Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, materials, electrical, chemical or related engineering
  • 3–5 years in a process/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in semiconductor/wafer production preferred
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

  • Drive stable production ramp-up and on-site operations management
  • Lead hands-on shop floor follow-up to troubleshoot issues
  • Strengthen process monitoring to prevent defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable production
  • Address equipment-related issues with vendors and internal teams
  • Develop and standardize SOPs for wafer processes
  • Support process design, development, and mass production readiness
  • Plan and execute tests and transition to mass production
  • Document results in technical reports and communicate updates
