Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials in Mount Bethel, PA is seeking a Production Engineer to optimize our advanced materials production. You will act as a technical resource for operations, understanding plant chemistry and safety parameters to drive safe, efficient production of quality products.

The role requires communicating effectively with maintenance, R&D, engineering and quality teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of process or production engineering; project engineering knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with process analytics or automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource on production plant capability, chemistry, operations, safety, and customer specs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for plant operations to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Track OEE and drive productivity improvements; lead small improvement projects as needed.
• Update documentation and SOPs; transfer knowledge to operators.
