• Serves as a technical resource on the production plant's capability and capacity; understands plant chemistry, operations, safety, and customer specs.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs for plant operations; tracks safety, quality, and productivity against goals.
• Tracks Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborates with maintenance, R&D, process development, engineering, quality and HSE to implement improvements.
• Develops and updates documentation and standard operating procedures; provides knowledge transfer to operators.
• Promotes a culture of doing things safely and correctly the first time.
• Completes required trainings and communicates effectively in English.
