Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials is hiring a Production Engineer at the Upper Mount Bethel, PA plant. The role is to act as a technical resource for Operations, optimizing plant operations, resolving issues and enabling safe, efficient production of quality products.

You will interact with Maintenance, R&D, Process Development, Engineering, Quality and HSE to drive improvements, establish KPIs, monitor OEE, and push a culture of Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
• Knowledge in process or production engineering.
• Project engineering knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource on production plant capability.
• Understand plant chemistry and operation for optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and KPI-driven improvements for safety, quality and productivity.
• Drive documentation, procedures and knowledge transfer to operators.
• Support a Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time culture.
