Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to perform duties per ESGW Best Practices and meet daily production goals.

Duties include processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors. You may assist at the donation door as needed and must be cross-trained to support all production areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Process donations; sort and prepare merchandise for sale; replenish stock or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-trained to assist in all aspects of production.
