Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 4+ years experience or an associate degree.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret shop blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage dispatching as a dedicated responsibility.
• Plan and organize order processing considering material readiness.
• Publish a Daily/Weekly Production List for all work centers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to stage materials before releasing jobs.
• Escalate material or scheduling issues and adjust schedules quickly.
• Monitor order production and address shortages to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Release Shaft Programs for Large Burn Table.
