As a Production DSP, this role trains team members on a discrete range of task assignments in accordance with Individual Support Plans (ISP) and production schedules. As a Sales Assistant, this role plays a critical part in supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and providing exceptional customer service.
