Job summary

Dairy Boy is seeking a Production & Development Coordinator to support our product development and production teams from first submit to final shipment. This hands-on, in-person role requires meticulous organization, attention to detail, and the ability to keep samples, comments, and trackers moving without anything slipping through the cracks.

You’ll review submits, coordinate with Design and Production, manage the sample closet, and track lab dips, protos, and TOPs.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years in product development, production, or design in apparel or lifestyle brands.
  • Comfort with physical tasks like unpacking and moving boxes and samples.
  • Strong organizational skills with trackers and charts you can trust.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; able to build and maintain trackers.
  • Familiarity with BOMs, lab dips, submits, protos, and TOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all submits for review by pulling previous approvals and coordinating with the Design Director/Senior Designer.
  • File submits and relay all comments back to factories.
  • Track all incoming/outgoing packages and prep contents for team review.
  • Follow up on development requests (lab dips, submits, protos) until resolved.
  • Help update BOMs during development and fitting processes.
  • Coordinate samples for photoshoots, TOPs, and creative direction.
  • Create/maintain a monthly sample tracker and production WIP template.
  • Review TOPs with production and design as needed.
  • Manage polybags, care labels, and UPC stickers.
  • Maintain on-site sample inventory and closet.
