Job summary

Strider Technologies in Utah is seeking a Production Designer to deliver marketing assets across digital and print, working with our Associate Creative Director, Art to translate direction into high-quality work. You will help strengthen the brand system while keeping production moving across campaigns.

This role focuses on fast, precise production, applying Strider’s visual identity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver polished assets on schedule.

Qualifications

• Submit portfolio showing production design skills and range across formats.
• 1–3 years in production or graphic design in fast-paced environments.
• Strong design principles and ability to apply brand standards.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience preparing files for print and working with print specs.
• Organize design files and assets in shared systems.
• Manage multiple design tasks, incorporate feedback, meet timelines.
• Collaborate with partners to interpret briefs and execute direction.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing assets across digital and print formats.
• Execute designs with high accuracy, meeting brand and production standards.
• Apply design judgment for varied projects, considering audience and format.
• Design, build, and update web pages and landing pages in WordPress.
• Resize and version assets across channels while preserving brand integrity.
• Maintain Strider’s visual identity across high volume work.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with print vendors.
• Update copy and imagery as campaigns evolve.
• Maintain organized design files in Box and SharePoint.
• Incorporate feedback and manage revisions efficiently.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Communications.
