Job summary

Strider Technologies in Utah is seeking a Production Designer to translate creative direction into polished, production-ready assets across Strider’s marketing channels. You will work with our Creative Services team to deliver high-volume, on-brand materials—presentations, one-pagers, long-form content, web pages, emails, and print-ready files—with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Submit portfolio showing strong production design across formats.
• 1–3 years in production or graphic design in fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of design principles and brand standards.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID).
• Experience prepping files for print production.
• Organizing design files in shared assets systems.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate to interpret briefs and deliver final production.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing assets across digital and print formats.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency with brand standards.
• Apply design judgment to varying sizes and formats.
• Design, build, and update web pages and landing pages in WordPress.
• Resize and adapt assets across channels while preserving brand integrity.
• Maintain Strider’s visual identity across high-volume work.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with print vendors.
• Update copy, imagery, and layouts as campaigns evolve.
• Maintain organized design files in Box and SharePoint.
• Incorporate feedback and manage revisions efficiently.
• Explore AI-assisted tools to improve workflows.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to meet deadlines.
