Job description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design Production Designer to join our team. As a Production Designer, you will work closely with our creative team to bring design concepts to life and ensure the successful execution of various graphic design projects. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and finalizing designs for print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to translate design concepts into production-ready artwork, following brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Prepare and finalize print and digital designs for a range of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure design files are error‑free and ready for production.
  • Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
  • Assist in managing the production schedule, ensuring the timely delivery of design assets.
  • Maintain a well‑organized file management system and confirm all design files and assets are properly archived.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.
  • Follow established branding if available and actively consult with supervisors to become knowledgeable about brand, client expectations and project goals.
  • Assist with production of various marketing collateral, ad campaigns, brand identity package guidelines for a variety of clients spanning different industries.
  • Manage multiple small-to-large‑sized projects at once, ensuring all projects are completed with quick turn‑around and a high‑level of attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software required.
  • 1-3 years of demonstrable production/design experience.
  • Experience or internship at an agency or in‑house creative department is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work, demonstrating technical skills, attention to detail, and creative design solutions.
  • Knowledge of the creative process, print production and digital spaces.
  • Strong understanding of modern design requirements and best practices across all digital and mobile channels.
  • Desire to learn and work with various mediums; digital and print.
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, willing to think outside the box and come up with strategic solutions.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive attitude toward taking on work.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and productively communicate status updates to the team.
  • Flexible with changing priorities, timelines and creative direction.
  • Able to manage and prioritize own workload.
  • Comfortable in a remote environment – excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
