Job summary

Strider Technologies in Utah is seeking a Production Designer to translate creative direction into polished, production-ready assets across Strider’s marketing channels. You will work with our Creative Services team to deliver high-volume, on-brand materials—presentations, one-pagers, long-form content, web pages, emails, and print-ready files—with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Strider’s Creative Services team turns strategy and creative direction into polished, on-brand experiences across every touchpoint. We’re looking for a Production Designer who takes pride in exceptional execution and wants to build their craft through a high volume of meaningful, varied work.

This is a production-first design role. You will create and deliver marketing assets across digital and print channels, including presentations, one-pagers, long-form content, web pages, social and event graphics, emails, adapted layouts, content updates, and print-ready files. You will work closely with our Associate Creative Director, Art to translate creative direction into consistently high-quality work with speed, precision, and attention to detail.

You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your design craft while becoming an expert in Strider’s visual brand system. Your work will help keep our creative operation moving—ensuring teams across Marketing have thoughtful, polished assets that communicate Strider’s story clearly and consistently.

Key Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Required - Submit your portfolio demonstrating strong production design skills, design fundamentals, and attention to execution across a range of formats.
• 1–3 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or a similar role producing high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles and design systems, with demonstrated ability to apply established brand standards consistently.
• Expertise in Figma and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience preparing files for professional print production and working with print specifications and production requirements.
• Experience organizing and maintaining design files and creative assets within shared file-management or digital asset systems.
• Ability to manage multiple design assignments, incorporate feedback, and deliver accurate work within established timelines.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and cross-functional partners to interpret briefs, solve design problems, and carry creative direction through final production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or other high-volume production environment.
• Experience designing, building, or updating web pages and landing pages in WordPress.
• Experience creating business presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Familiarity with Box, SharePoint, or similar content and asset-management platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted design or productivity tools to improve creative workflows while maintaining design and brand standards.

Description

As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for translating creative direction into polished, production-ready assets across Strider’s marketing channels. You will work across a varied pipeline of projects, from adapting established designs and updating existing content to building new assets within Strider’s visual system.

You Will

• Produce marketing assets across digital and print formats, including presentations, one-pagers, ebooks and long-form documents, graphics, infographics, social media assets, event collateral, emails, and other marketing materials.
• Execute designs with a high degree of accuracy and consistency, ensuring deliverables meet established brand, layout, content, and production standards.
• Apply thoughtful design judgment to projects of varying size and complexity, considering the brief, audience, format, and intended outcome.
• Design, build, and update web pages and landing pages in WordPress.
• Resize, adapt, and version existing creative across channels, formats, and dimensions while maintaining the integrity of the original design and Strider’s brand.
• Apply Strider’s visual identity and design system consistently across a high volume of creative work.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with print vendors to support high-quality physical materials.
• Update copy, imagery, layouts, and other creative elements as campaigns, products, and business needs evolve.
• Maintain organized, accessible design files and creative assets in Box and SharePoint so teammates can efficiently find and reuse work.
• Incorporate feedback and manage rounds of revision efficiently while maintaining the quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
• Explore opportunities to use AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve production efficiency while maintaining creative judgment, craft, and brand quality.
• Partner with colleagues across Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, and the broader Marketing organization to deliver high-priority work on schedule.
