Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Production Designer in the United States to translate concepts into polished, production-ready assets across digital and print formats. You will ensure brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with designers, marketers, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience creating both print and digital designs for marketing or advertising environments.
  • Strong graphic design, layout, typography, and visual communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Understanding of production requirements across media, including file formats, resolutions, color modes, pre-press, proofing, final file prep.
  • Experience with stock photography and headshots preferred.
  • Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus.

Responsibilities

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Designer based in the United States.

This role combines creative design with precise production execution across a broad range of marketing and communications materials.

You'll help translate concepts into polished, production-ready assets while maintaining strong visual consistency and brand standards.

The work spans digital and print formats, including social media, websites, email, advertising, presentations, video, and editorial content.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, project owners, agencies, contractors, and business stakeholders.

The position balances creative development with technical production, quality control, file preparation, and timely delivery.

It is an opportunity for a detail-oriented designer to contribute to varied projects while working in a flexible environment.

Success requires strong visual judgment, technical expertise, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and manage creative projects from initial concepts and layouts through final production and release of production-ready files.

  • Create visual assets for a wide range of channels and formats, including social media, blogs, brochures, print advertising, email, websites, video animations, and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Maintain consistent application of brand standards across all creative deliverables and ensure materials meet established quality requirements.

  • Balance creative design responsibilities with highly accurate production, implementation, proofing, and file preparation.

  • Collaborate with project owners, stakeholders, designers, marketing teams, contractors, freelancers, and external agency partners to deliver projects effectively.

  • Participate throughout the content-creation process, from brainstorming and concept development through final production and deployment.

  • Adapt creative concepts and messaging to different audiences and communication objectives.

  • Prioritize incoming projects, establish checkpoints, manage revisions, and help ensure work is delivered accurately and on schedule.

  • Track and update projects through a project-management platform while coordinating closely with project-management support.

  • Troubleshoot creative and technical challenges, proactively address production issues, and recommend practical solutions.

  • Maintain organized design assets, file structures, and production materials to support efficient workflows and reliable delivery.

  • Stay informed about emerging design techniques, creative trends, software capabilities, and production practices, sharing relevant knowledge with the broader creative team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Demonstrated experience creating both print and digital designs, preferably within marketing or advertising environments.

  • Strong graphic design, layout, typography, composition, and visual communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Understanding of production requirements across different media, including file formats, resolutions, color modes, pre-press, proofing, and final file preparation.

  • Experience with image editing, including stock photography and professional headshots, is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and applications covering prototyping, web, workflow, content management, and digital production.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to technical accuracy and quality control.

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage timelines, and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt when creative or technical production challenges arise.

  • Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain design concepts, receive feedback, and interpret direction effectively.
