Job summary

The Marzetti Company is seeking a Production Clerk to accurately enter production and plant data into inventory systems and to prepare, distribute, and maintain essential reports for both production and finance teams.

You will assist with purchase orders and finance-related tasks, support SAP WIP/Fg updates, and help ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food-related.
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential information and correspondence.
• Strong organizational abilities with multi-tasking and math aptitude.
• Advanced knowledge of computer systems including MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Enter production and plant data into inventory systems and prepare/maintain reports.
• Assist with purchase orders and financial needs, reporting to production and finance.
• Support SAP WIP and Finished Goods updates, and track daily consumption errors.
