Job summary

The Food Source International, Inc. is seeking a Production Clerk to support the Pottstown warehouse operations. You will maintain the production schedule workbook in Excel, generate batch tickets, and audit production documents while performing ERP data entry and related administrative duties.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating across departments to sustain efficient manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory control a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the production schedule workbook (Excel) with input from production leadership.
• Create batch ticket packets.
• Complete documentation related to production metrics.
• Audit batch tickets for accuracy.
• Complete inventory transactions in the ERP system as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams and other administrative tasks.
