SolvChem, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our SC Production team in Midlothian, Texas.

This role focuses on compiling and recording production data from orders and work tickets, preparing clear reports, and maintaining documentation to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced chemical environment. The successful candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, work in heat/humidity with exposure to fumes, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable with heat/humidity, fumes, dirt, noise, and hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, and product specifications.
• Calculate production metrics including items produced, materials used, scrap, defect frequency, and rates.
• Prepare clear production reports based on compiled data.
• Maintain organized files of documents used and prepared.
• Perform manual warehouse duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
• Support a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
