Job summary

Solina is seeking a Warehouse Clerk at our Eastvale, CA facility to support shipping, receiving and clerical tasks. You will process orders, schedule shipments, track inventory and collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with pallet jacks and scanning equipment. Training on PI/stand-up equipment may be provided.

Who are we looking for?

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for clerical duties related to shipping and receiving activities. This position performs administrative tasks in addition to Material Handler responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact carriers and schedule shipping orders going out
• Process orders based on customers preferred shipping system (ups, FedEx-express)
• Track inventory and report any shortage to sales team
• Responsible for scheduling receiving and shipping appointments
• Adage Crystal Report and receive data into system
• Create warehouse transfers, stock transfers and shipping documents
• Print daily shipping orders
• Communicate with customer service and supply chain departments
• Answering phones and updating record

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or with heavy lifting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually during shift
• Ability to consistently meet minimum production standards and company service levels
• Must obtain proper powered industrial truck certifications during initial training phase
• Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
• Ability to operate pallet jack and other required materials handling equipment (MHE)
• Must be able to build full pallets orders with bags or boxes that can weigh up to 50lbs
• Must be able to use scanning equipment because all warehouse items are bar coded
• Must be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate the stand-up and sit-down equipment
