Job summary

Mike Hudson Dist in Jessup, MD seeks a Production Cutter to prepare specialty cuts of meat quickly and accurately, ensuring our customers’ expectations are met.

You will select products from pick tickets, cut to specifications, weigh and stage for packaging, transport finished product to the packaging line, replenish stock, and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with HACCP, OSHA and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications.

• Follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines.
