Milne Fruit Products is seeking production crew members for our Prosser, WA location. The roles are regular, full-time with potential grow into operators and leaders. Duties include handling fruit, drums, and packaging, with on-the-job forklift training and a rotating shift schedule with mandatory overtime on weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and work at multiple heights.
• On-the-job training provided for forklift certification and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Dump raw products from boxes, drums, and bulk containers for processing.
• Load/unload 55 gallon drums from trucks and organize drums.
• Pack products into drums or pails and prepare for packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the plant.Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate desire to learn and progress in skills.
• Attend scheduled shifts and work overtime as needed.
