Job summary

Zen-Noh Hay, Inc. is seeking a general operator to join a hands-on production team in Pasco, WA. You will operate forklifts and hay equipment, support daily pressing and cube production, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities vary by level, with growth toward lead responsibilities and adherence to safety standards. Multiple levels offer progression; experience in an industrial setting is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an industrial environment with a dependable work record; experience operating heavy equipment.
• Basic knowledge of operation and maintenance of assigned equipment and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and rolling stock across levels 1–3 as assigned.
• Sweep, clean production areas and perform quality inspections.
• Lead a shift when in Level 2/Team Leader role and mentor lower level operators.
