Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Ogden, UT. You will help safely produce precast concrete components and operate basic shop equipment on a busy shop floor.

The role requires at least 2 years of concrete panel experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, good communication, and basic math, including reading a tape measure. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, and multiplication).
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Performs basic carpentry skills.
• Operate forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
