Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing worker to join our precast concrete production team in Idaho Falls. You will strip forms, pour and finish concrete, operate forklifts, and help maintain a safe, clean shop floor.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires basic math, ability to lift 40 lbs, and good teamwork. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• At least 2 years experience in concrete panel work preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication).
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
