Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a manufacturing associate in Roanoke, Texas. The role involves safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products to high quality standards within an industrial setting.

You will strip forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry tasks, and participate in facility maintenance and housekeeping. The position is non-exempt and requires teamwork and physical fitness to lift up to 40 lbs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
